More women in IT

In IT, only 24% of executive positions and 20% of technical positions are held by women. Conclusion is aiming for 30.3% and 27.8% respectively by the end of 2025. An inclusive and diverse workforce helps everyone empower themselves, thus making even more impact for our clients and society.

Launch Conclusion's women's network

Conclusion introduces the internal women's network for all women in the Conclusion ecosystem. During activities and events, we connect women in the organization, create awareness, learn from each other and make issues addressable. In addition, this network acts as a sounding board to the organization for a more inclusive ecosystem

Girls Day at Conclusion and FC Utrecht

On April 10, we celebrate Girls Day in the Netherlands. This is the day where companies open their doors to introduce girls to STEM, engineering and IT. Research shows that girls rule out an IT-related study at an early age. By introducing them to the world of IT in an accessible way, we encourage girls to consider this career path. As icing on the cake, on the same day the girls get to know FC Utrecht and the world of football, where they can plan fun activities together with the FC Utrecht professionals, because in the world of football we also like to expand the future talent pool with strong women.
